Palmyra Plus

In Complex Neuropathies & Gabapentonoid partial/non-responder, Rx Palmyra Plus, which contains Agmatine sulphate 500 mg, PEA 300 mg, CMP-2.5 mg, & UMP-1.5 mg.

Agmatine sulphate, which takes care of nociception by acting on calcium, potassium, and sodium channels along with NMDA, AMPA, & Kainate receptors, leading to robust pain relief. Agmatine corrects the underlying pathophysiology by decreasing MMP 289, ischemia, & inflammation and by increasing BMP 2 & 7, neurotrophic factors like BDNF, NTF, etc., & nitric oxide, leading to a lower chance of relapse.

Agmatine has been cited in more than 1000 research papers in the last two decades, which is an extensive search. Agmatine is also globally accepted as it is approved under GRAS of USFDA.



Agmatine has multimodal action on various pathophysiologies of pain, PEA acts on inflammatory markers, e-NOS, & PARP 1, correcting the underlying pathophysiology. Nucleotides CMP & UMP help in axonal and myelin regeneration.

The recommended dosage of Palmyra Plus is 1 capsule BID post food for 4-6 months, followed by 1 capsule OD.
